This a locked yard that people’s seized propane bottles, generators, and gas cans are stored. I have observed them being put in and I have observed them being given back.
It seems to happen when a (pre-announced) inspection from the state fire marshall is imminent.
Also, many reports of cars being illegally towed. One woman has had three cars towed.
